  1. Why do you think clients hire firms like yours?
  2. What do THEY think you can do to improve THEIR client experience?
  3. Ask THEM what ideas they have seen other firms use that work well?

And most importantly, DO YOU KNOW WHY YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS DO BUSINESS WITH YOU?
