Build a Competitive Advantage
As my partner Frank Mims V likes to say, “Build a competitive advantage.” Start by asking yourself these 3 questions:
- Why do you think clients hire firms like yours?
- What do THEY think you can do to improve THEIR client experience?
- Ask THEM what ideas they have seen other firms use that work well?
And most importantly, DO YOU KNOW WHY YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS DO BUSINESS WITH YOU?
